About me

Hello, my name is Konstantin Denerz. I have more than 20 years of experience building and delivering software products across platforms such as Java, .NET, Python, and modern web technologies.

My work is centered around turning ideas into working products. I operate across the full lifecycle, from shaping early concepts and validating product ideas to designing architectures and delivering production-ready solutions.

I take a holistic approach to building software: translating ambiguous ideas into concrete product decisions and implementing them end-to-end across frontend and backend. I am comfortable working without fully defined requirements, helping to clarify what should be built before focusing on how to build it. My technical focus includes web development with Angular and backend development with Python, combined with the integration of Generative AI to enable new product capabilities.

AI-assisted development is a valuable accelerator for exploration, but building real products requires intentional engineering, clear architecture, and a focus on durability. I use experience to move beyond quick prototypes and turn early momentum into robust, scalable solutions that hold up in real-world environments.

UX/UI and product experience are a core part of how I build software. I design product interfaces, establish design systems with tools like Figma, and ensure their consistent implementation in code. For me, product, design, and engineering are tightly connected and need to evolve together.

I work across both strategy and implementation, making decisions in the context of real product goals and driving them directly into working software.

Overall, I focus on building complete, user-centered products from idea to reality, with a strong emphasis on execution, clarity, and delivering tangible results.
